There came the voice of Dr. Salvador, one of the residents whose face was wrapped and carrying a chainsaw. Leon also closed all the gaps in the house. To avoid the stone Leon had to run down as fast as he could. After escaping, Leon crossed a small cave and headed for the old houses. There Leon was greeted with dynamite thrown by the villagers.
In the village there are many mines and bomb traps that use string triggers that are glued between walls or between trees which if hit will explode. Leon went into the last house from the net, and there was a strange cupboard because there was a loud knocking sound. After opening it, it turned out that there were people inside. His name is Luis Sera. Luis is Osmund Saddler's researcher.

Leon survived because of Ada Wong's rescue. Leon left the house and headed for the first settlement earlier. Leon, who had the key in the previous house, was able to open the door in the basement to the cemetery and church.
Ada Wong is an agent from Wesker who is assigned to find samples of the Las Plagas parasite, also having met Leon before. When Ada Wong is in the main story, she wears a red dress with her main weapon being a Blacktail, TMP, and carrying a Grapple gun. Leon will get some help from Ada while on a mission.
After arriving at the church, the journey continues towards the back of the church. Leon arrives at the edge of the lake, when he goes upstairs Leon will see the police who are with him being used as food for a lake monster named Del Lago.

Leon must pass the lake by using a boat. While Leon was on his way across the lake, his boat was attacked by Del Lago. After Del Lago lost, the anchor rope that was tied to Del Lago's body caught at Leon's leg, Leon had to immediately cut the rope using his knife.
After arriving at the edge of the lake Leon lay in a hut by the lake. At that time, Leon had a nightmare about himself turning into a ganados. After that, he continued his journey to find Ashley Graham, this is where Leon first encountered a parasite that turned Los Ganandos into a mutant. Leon also met a giant named El Gigante, the first El Gigante, Leon was assisted by a wolf he helped on his way to Puebos.
After defeating El Gigante, Leon headed to the church with a unique key, the key was obtained in the cave when after defeating Del Lago, it was at the church that Ashley Graham was found in a state of fear. On the island, Leon meets his old friend, Jack Krauser, who is Saddler's follower. Before meeting Leon, Jack Krauser was also visited by Ada, because Krauser and Ada were together with agents from Albert Wesker. There Leon runs out of Ashley because Ashley is brought and controlled by Saddler. Just before running out of Ashley, Leon put tracking equipment to Ashley. Then Leon also met Krauser and they had a knife fight. When Leon was nearly killed by
Krauser, Ada suddenly shoots Krauser, so that Leon can survive Krauser's stab. Then Krauser also left after cursing Ada and criticizing Leon. Leon took the knife and chatted with Ada for a while before Ada left Leon. Leon also went on the expedition.
Leon met U-3 while near the hanging container. Leon jumped towards the container. In the container there are mechanical doors and the container can fall if all the doors are open. After the last container nearly collapsed, Leon jumped towards the chain hook. Nearly Leon was hit by a U-3 attack. U-3 also fell with the container, but U-3 was able to come back up.
