Bitores Mendez | Resident Evil 4 Zone

 

Bitores Mendez (Chief Mendez) is a Catholic priest who lives in rural Spain. Mendez is influenced by Osmund Saddler so that he can be controlled by Saddler. Bitores Mendez is a large, strong human, with a fake left eye, and has superhuman strength. He is also fluent in English. Mendez is approached by Osmund Saddler, who tries to take advantage of Mendez's influential position among the locals to transform them. Mendez eventually turned to Saddler's goal, becoming a priest for the Los Iluminados sect.

Bitores Mendez was killed by Leon in a building, until his fake eye fell off. The fake eye is the key to the gate to Salazar's castle. He easily loses when he is attacked by grenades.
